    What diet should I follow?

    How many calories should I be eating?

    What % of carbohydrates should I eat?

    What about the days that I exercise?

  • Movement

    How do I avoid hurting myself?

    What type of exercise should I do?

    Should I change what I eat when I run or lift weights?

  • Repair

    What do I need to do to help me sleep?

    How do I let go of my frustration?

    How do I make time for me?

There is no one-size-fits-all, which is why personalized medicine is the best way to regain your health. But in the very beginning, there is a lot of basic guidelines the average person can follow with just a little guidance.
